Purchasing from Positive Batteries

Its easy to order from positive batteries. Our online battery catalogue list our products which can be added to our PayPal shopping cart. We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Delta, Solo/Switch and MasterCard via our shopping cart or over the phone processed in our store.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery is usually made in 1-2 working days. All goods must be checked upon delivery and shortages/damages must be reported to us within this 24 hours for us to claim with the courier. Should you not chose delivery your product will be ready for collection in our Exeter shop immediately after payment.

Cancelling a Battery Order

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our Exeter shop to confirm the return of your products. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Guarantee

All products carry a minimum of 1 year's warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. Some of our battery product carry an extended manufactures warranty. Please contact our shop for further details.

Credit Card Security

All our online payments are made though a secure PayPal connection. We do not store your card details at any point during the transaction. Should you wish to pay via the phone were are able to this for collection and delivery product.
